Booking: The 5-Day Safaris

So how do you go about booking this adventure?

1. You'll need to complete your Rider Information form and be accepted. 

2. To be accepted you need to be an experienced rider under 85kgs.

3. Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within 3 working days after you have received your invoice.

4. Pay the full amount 45 days before your trip.

Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. Our trips are often booked months in advance, and we spend significant time preparing for each one. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to accommodate, which is why this policy is in place.

• If you cancel 40 days or more before your trip, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you cancel within 40 days of your trip, you will still owe the full cost, and no refund will be issued.

Airport Lifts​

​

2025: We offer free transfers from Pietermaritzburg Airport.

​

2025: Transfers from King Shaka International Airport (Durban) are ZAR 900 per trip for 1-3 people and ZAR 1,500 per trip for groups of 4 or more.

Private Safaris

​

Please send us a direct message if you are interested in booking a private safari with a group of 4 - 7 riders.
