Step 2: Complete your Rider Information form

Step 3: Pay a 30% deposit

Step 4: The full amount is due 45 days before departure

Cancellation Policy

 

• 0 - 45 days before departure: 100% of the total cost is forfeited.

• 46 + days before departure: 30% of the total cost is forfeited.

• All cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective once acknowledged by us in writing.

• No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the safari departure are non-refundable unless the booking can be resold, in which case any refund will be at the company’s discretion.

Deposit and Payment Policy

 

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 working days of booking.

• If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

• The balance is due 45 days before the ride (a reminder will be sent)​

Sharing Availability

Our prices are based on shared accommodation.

If you would like to guarantee your own private room for the duration of the trip, a single supplement (non-sharing rate) will apply.

If you do not select the single supplement, you may still end up with a private room.

Private Safaris

​

Please send us an email if you are interested in booking a private safari with us. Group of 5 - 7 riders are required. Trips are slightly customisable. Limited availability.
