How do I book?

 

Step 1: Make contact with us 

Step 2: We will send you a Rider Information form

Step 3: Once you have been accepted (you have adequate experience and are within out weight limit) you will be sent an invoice when you are ready

Step 4: You will need to pay a 50% deposit within 3 working days of receiving your invoice

Step 5: The full amount is due 45 days before departure

Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. Our trips are often booked months in advance, and we spend significant time preparing for each one. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to accommodate, which is why this policy is in place.

• If you cancel 40 days or more before your trip, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you cancel within 40 days of your trip, you will still owe the full cost, and no refund will be issued.

Sharing Availability 

​

There are 4 or 5 rooms available per accommodation and only 7 riders per ride, so it is not definite that you will have your own room, however booking a non-sharing price can guarantee that you get your own room.

Private Safaris

​

Please send us a direct message if you are interested in booking a private safari with a group of 5 - 7 riders.
